We're launching in Manhattan, New York City. Los Angeles and Miami are next. Each city launches with a curated set of practices and a limited creator pool to maintain quality.

Visit our creator application page. You'll need your name, email, Instagram handle, city, and primary niche. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and we'll respond within 5 business days.

There's no strict follower requirement. We look at the quality of your content, your aesthetic alignment, your engagement with your audience, and whether you're a good fit for our partner practices. Creators with highly engaged local audiences are especially valued.

Treatments vary by practice and campaign. Common offerings include injectables (Botox, fillers), laser treatments, facials, chemical peels, and other aesthetic procedures. Each campaign clearly lists what's being offered and the terms of the partnership.

Content expectations are defined by each campaign before you apply. Typically this includes Instagram posts, Stories, or Reels featuring your authentic experience. You'll always know what's expected before you commit.

Sphère facilitates collaborative treatment partnerships. Some campaigns offer fully complimentary treatments, while others offer exclusive member pricing or credit toward services. The terms are always clearly stated upfront in each campaign — you'll know exactly what to expect before you apply.

You create a campaign listing the service you're offering, the type of partnership (complimentary, preferred pricing, or credit), content expectations, and any recovery or downtime details. Approved creators browse and apply to your campaign. You review applications and select who you want. The creator comes in, gets treated, and creates content per the agreed terms.

Completely. You review every creator application to your campaign and select the right fit. No one walks through your door without your approval. You set the terms, you choose the person.
